This place suits me perfectly, with amenities like a seasonal outdoor pool, fitness center, and beach access. Staff once gave me the best local taxi tip! I'm coming back for Christmas.

central town location, private beach access, spacious accommodations
The $30 parking fee is ridiculous!!! Clear instructions for the municipal lot are necessary, as well as umbrellas for rainy days!!! More dining tables in common areas would enhance the experience to avoid crouching over coffee tables!!!

The Harborfront Inn in Greenport is a nice spot with friendly staff and clean rooms. It has a great location near restaurants and shops, though the balconies lack privacy. Be cautious of additional fees for early check-in and parking. these can be quite frustrating.

our stay at harbor front inn was lovely! the partial harbor view balcony king room was spacious and offered great views of the carousel and harbor. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and gave us the energy to explore all the nearby attractions, which were very close by.
Just be aware of the early arrival fee. it felt a bit unnecessary.
